What to write about
- Wrong rate or formula.If a calculator returns a number that doesn't match the LTO/DOF/BIR memorandum, tell us which calculator, what you entered, what we returned, and what the official figure should be. Link the source if you can.
- Calculator request.Toll fees, commute fares, fuel cost, parking, ferry, domestic flights — if there's a transportation cost you wish we computed, name it. We track requests and prioritize by demand.
- Bug or broken page. Include the URL, the device and browser, and a quick description of what went wrong.
- Press, partnership, or general questions. Same email. Please mention the topic in the subject line.
What we can't help with
We are not the LTO, the DOF, the BIR, or the Insurance Commission. We do not process registrations, issue plates, renew licenses, or handle any government transactions. For those, please visit the relevant agency directly:
We also cannot dispute fines, intercede with field officers, or speed up government processing. Our scope is calculators only.
A note on privacy
Your email lands in a regular email inbox. Please do not include sensitive personal information you wouldn't want sitting in one (full plate numbers tied to your name, license numbers, OR/CR scans).
